I started to work with Martin primarily to build strength for my new job as an EMT which required me to be able to life 100 lbs.
I had zero experience lifting weights and Martin was able to breakdown all the movements and muscles used through each exercise.
At the end of training I was able to deadlift more than 155 lbs!
I started training with Martin with the goal of losing weight and improving my muscle tone.
I have always been motivated in the gym but nutrition is always my weakness. I love to eat! Martin was able to customize my nutrition plan to optimize my results. Not only did I lose weight but my lean muscle increased as well!
I've always been skinny but as I got older I started to put on more weight,
Initially I sought out Martin in order to lose the extra weight for the summer.
With his program I was also able to pack on lean muscle as well as lose fat.
For the first time in my life I can wear tank tops and not be self-conscious.
I have been working in the field of professional fitness, self-improvement, and athletic rehabilitation field since 2012. I am passionate about helping others achieve the best possible version of themselves through physical fitness.
Physical fitness, whether through sports of martial arts, taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and discipline. I want to share that feeling of empowerment with everyone. When I work with people to help them achieve their fitness goals, I am not just helping their physical health; I want to help them become empowered so they can make positive changes in their life.
